Delivery Method

We provide all delivery for both residential and business addresses but do NOT include hotels. We will provide you with a tracking no. when your shipment is ready. Please visit: https://www.ec-ship.hk/platform/index.jsf (Hong Kong Post) for delivery tracking.

 

Delivery Time

 

The order will dispatch after 1-3 weeks after payment. In general, delivery time for the US requires 7 to 10 working days for delivery while other countries require 1-2 weeks for delivery. * Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, excluding Saturday & Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Remarks: Dreamy 'n' Creamy will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.

 

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, customer need to be charged with USD10/item as extra delivery fee and handling fee. Please make sure the shipping address on payment slip as soon as possible.

Please ensure buyer or recipient authorized to sign the delivery, Dreamy n Creamy will not responsible to any lost due to package receive by other recipient.
